Where can I find an Avis upgrade code or coupon?

I already planned a trip and booking made for the travel of work, but I was hoping to find a good refresher 1x or 2x for the car to Avis. Anyone know where I might find such a thing?

• Rental car reservation thru Priceline. Can I upgrade at counter with a coupon?
• Can a 16 year old get a job at a rental car company, such as Avis, Hertz or Enterprise, Budget?
